Customer Support Executive (Non-Voice)

Location: Teleperformance, Ambit IT Park, Ambattur, Chennai
CTC: Up to 3 LPA
Working Days: 5 Days a Week | 2 Rotational Week Offs
Benefits: Two-Way Cab Facility

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries related to logistics and shipments through Email and Chat.
• Track orders and provide shipment status updates.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records and deliver excellent customer service.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Non-Voice, Back Office, or Customer Support roles.
• Good written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Must have all required onboarding documents.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
