Walk-in || Operations Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct recruitment as per client and site requirements
• Provide induction and on-site training to new and existing employees
• Monitor and manage employee attendance and shift schedules
• Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely manner
• Ensure proper deployment of manpower at all sites
• Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with company policies
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth operations
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on manpower and site status

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
• 13 years of experience in facility management or a similar field role
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple sites and workforce
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
