About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Warehouse Operations Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse activities, inventory movement, stock records, and order dispatches. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and computer systems, along with strong coordination and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching materials.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory availability.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of products/materials.
• Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams for timely dispatch and deliveries.
• Prepare dispatch documents, stock reports, and inventory-related MIS.
• Update inventory and warehouse records in ERP/software systems.
• Track orders and ensure timely processing and dispatch.
• Identify damaged, missing, or excess stock and report discrepancies to the concerned team.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of books, curriculum materials, and other company assets.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the warehouse.
• Support periodic stock audits and provide required reports to the management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse processes.
