Key Responsibilities

• Policy Administration: Oversee end-to-end policy issuance, renewals, reinstatements, and cancellations.
• Claims Processing: Manage death claim verifications, reviews, and payouts within set turnaround times.
• Underwriting Support: Coordinate medical and financial requirements for new applications to speed up approvals.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to local insurance regulations and internal audit standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 0-2 years in backend life or health insurance operations.
• Knowledge: Strong grasp of policy lifecycles, regulatory frameworks, and data privacy.
• Skills: High analytical accuracy, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with core insurance software or CRM platforms.
• Education: Bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field.
