Job Description Operations Support Executive (OSE)

Summary:

Support day-to-day store operations, ensure process compliance, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive operational excellence. Candidates with basic sales experience are preferred. Operations Management

• Support daily operations across assigned stores.

• Ensure adherence to SOPs and company policies.

• Monitor store performance and compliance.

• Coordinate with store teams and Brand Promoters. • Track attendance, productivity, and performance.

• Conduct regular store visits. Sales & Business Support

• Assist Brand Promoters in achieving targets.

• Support customer engagement and lead generation.

• Guide teams on objection handling and negotiation.

• Improve conversions and business performance. Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain operational reports.

• Coordinate on manpower and store requirements.

• Highlight operational gaps and corrective actions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1-3 years of experience in operations or sales support.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Willingness to travel.

• Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
