Walk-in || Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1 Operational Leadership

• Oversee end-to-end RCM operations (AR, Billing, Payment Posting,

Credentialing)

• Ensure KPIs, TAT, and productivity benchmarks are achieved
• Drive revenue improvement and denial reduction strategies
• Implement structured reporting and weekly operational audits
• Monitor workflow allocation and resource planning

2 Team Management

• Lead Team Leaders and department heads
• Conduct weekly performance reviews and strategy meetings
• Develop training plans and performance improvement programs
• Maintain discipline, accountability, and structured documentation culture

3 Client & Revenue Management

• Act as escalation point for operational and client issues
• Analyze AR aging reports and identify revenue gaps
• Ensure claims submission accuracy and denial management control
• Improve collection ratios and reduce turnaround time

4 Compliance & Process Improvement

• Ensure HIPAA compliance and data security standards
• Create SOPs and process documentation
• Identify automation and workflow improvement opportunities
• Conduct internal audits and quality checks

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM
• Minimum 2+ years in Operations Manager / Senior Operations role
• Strong exposure to:
• AR Management
• Denial Management
• Medical Billing
• Payment Posting
• Credentialing workflows
• Strong analytical & reporting skills
• Excellent communication & leadership ability
