Walk-in || Payroll Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees deployed across multiple client locations.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of salary, attendance, LOP, incentives, overtime, and deductions.
• Manage payroll inputs and employee data through HRMS/payroll software.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, NAPS/NATS and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with HR, Operations, Accounts, and client teams for payroll-related requirements.
• Handle employee queries related to salary, payslips, deductions, and statutory benefits.
• Prepare and maintain payroll reports, MIS, reconciliation, and salary statements.
• Monitor payroll discrepancies and ensure timely resolution and accurate salary disbursement.
• Manage payroll for large-scale staffing/migrant manpower and multiple client accounts.
• Ensure payroll confidentiality, process compliance, and timely closure of monthly payroll.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates from the staffing industry will be preferred.
• Must have strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll processing.
• Good knowledge of NAPS & NATS is required.
