JD -

• Build, configure and support the application platform and runtime environments required for the ECGC Managed IT Services engagement.
• Support containerized application deployment and platform services using Docker, Kubernetes and approved open-source technologies.
• Manage application platform configurations, environment dependencies and deployment requirements in coordination with DevSecOps and application teams.
• Implement and support monitoring, observability, performance and availability of application platforms.
• Automate platform configuration and operational activities using approved automation and configuration management tools.
• Troubleshoot platform-related issues impacting application deployment, performance and availability.
• Coordinate with ECGC infrastructure teams/vendors for underlying infrastructure and OS dependencies affecting application platforms.
• Maintain platform configurations, operational procedures and technical documentation.

Remarks -

• Platform-focused role supporting application runtime environments and the centralized DevSecOps / Software Factory ecosystem.
• Focuses on application platforms, containerization, deployment and observability, not ownership of core hardware or OS infrastructure.
• Works closely with DevSecOps, application and ECGC infrastructure teams for platform dependencies and issue resolution.
• Should have hands-on experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, automation and open-source platform technologies.
