Walk-in || Process Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Handle outbound calling as part of the daily job responsibilities.

• Make calls to clients/customers and communicate professionally regarding tax-related services and requirements.

• Support various US Direct Tax compliance and tax return filing processes.

• Assist with Federal, Domestic, International, and State & Local tax returns.

• Explain relevant tax services/information to customers through outbound calls.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and assigned tasks.

• Achieve daily/monthly calling and performance targets.

• Follow company guidelines, quality standards, and compliance procedures.

• Work effectively with the team to complete assigned targets and processes

Preferred candidate profile

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable with outbound calling and target-based work.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Willingness to work in a night-shift environment.

• Good learning ability and a positive attitude.
