Walk-in || Process Associate

Job Role: -

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via multiple channels (voice, chat,

email) related to travel bookings, including flights, hotels.

• Maintain a high standard of service quality, adhering to Agodas customer

service guidelines.

• Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring a positive and helpful

interaction.

Qualification: -

• Minimum HSC or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Salary: -

• Fresher: 21K in hand
• Experience: 25k in hand.

Rounds of Interviews: -

1. HR round

2. Versant Test (International VET): - Score 60

3. Classmarker (Mail writing test): Minimum 12 Maximum 15

4. Typing: 30 WPM 85% Accuracy

5. 2 Operations Round (L1 & L2
