Walk-in || Process Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Process Engineer to manage and optimize manufacturing processes for electronic products. The candidate will be responsible for process development, production line setup, troubleshooting, yield improvement, and ensuring product quality and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize FATP manufacturing processes for electronic products.
• Handle assembly line setup, process validation, line balancing, and cycle time optimization.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Troubleshoot process-related issues during assembly, testing, and packaging operations.
• Drive improvements in productivity, yield, OEE, and reduction of rejection and rework.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, process flow charts, and PFMEA.
• Conduct root cause analysis using 5 Why, Fishbone, and other problem-solving tools.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, NPI, Maintenance, and Design teams to resolve process issues.
• Support new product introduction (NPI), pilot runs, process trials, and mass production ramp-up.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in process engineering within an electronics manufacturing / EMS environment.
• Hands-on experience in FATP operations, including final assembly, functional testing coordination, and packaging.
• Knowledge of line balancing, cycle time, yield improvement, and process optimization.
