Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator / Project Manager – IT to manage and coordinate large-scale IT projects, including turnkey software development and ERP implementations. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, project management experience, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end IT software development and ERP projects.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and control project activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with technical teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Track project scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, MOMs, status reports, and project plans.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
• Support resource planning, task allocation, and team coordination.
• Identify project risks and coordinate mitigation and corrective actions.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with defined quality standards and requirements.
• Coordinate testing, implementation, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
• Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in development and execution of IT projects.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial/project management capacity.
• Experience working on at least 2 turnkey Software Development / ERP projects at State or Country level.
• Experience as a Project Coordinator / Project Manager in the IT sector.
• Strong technical understanding of software development and web technologies.
• Excellent project documentation and reporting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, multitasking, and stakeholder management abilities.
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification is required/preferred.

Educational Qualification

• MCA
• M.Sc. (IT/Computer Science)
• B.E. / B.Tech. in IT / Computer Science
