Role & Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the quality of all civil construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project quality standards.
• Conduct quality inspections for RCC work, concrete, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, painting, and other finishing works.
• Ensure compliance with approved construction methods, quality control procedures, and project specifications.
• Inspect construction materials and verify test reports, material quality, and relevant certifications.
• Conduct field inspections and coordinate concrete, cube, and other required material tests.
• Identify construction defects, prepare inspection reports, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Maintain quality documentation, inspection checklists, test reports, and quality records.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and project management teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Monitor finishing work to ensure proper workmanship and quality standards before final handover.
• Conduct regular site quality audits and ensure compliance with project quality plans.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Civil Engineering qualification is mandatory.
• 412 years of relevant experience in building construction projects.
• Building construction experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of RCC, structural work, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing activities.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, quality control procedures, and applicable IS codes.
• Experience in site inspections, material testing, quality documentation, and defect rectification.
