What they need
- Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Answer, screen, and redirect incoming telephone calls appropriately.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier, and mail.
- Maintain visitor records and provide necessary assistance to guests.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Receive and forward messages to the concerned employees or departments.
- Maintain basic front-office records, registers, and documentation.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to HR and Administration as required.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and other support staff when necessary.
- Assist employees and visitors with general office-related queries.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by the management.
