Receptionist Cum Tele caller
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
Attend to visitor inquiries and guide them appropriately.
Maintain a welcoming and professional front desk environment.
Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up calls.
Generate and follow up on leads through telecalling activities.
Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and customer details.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements and appointments.
Assist in day-to-day administrative and office support activities.
Ensure timely communication with prospective and existing customers.
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic tele calling and customer handling skills.
Basic knowledge of laptops, MS Office, email communication, and internet usage.
Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
Ability to interact confidently with clients and visitors.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-oriented mindset.
Additional Information
Performance evaluation will be conducted after 3 months of employment.
