Job Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through Naukri, referrals, job portals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on experience, communication skills, location, and suitability for sales roles.
• Conduct initial HR screening of candidates.
• Assess candidates on communication skills, sales orientation, stability, and willingness to work in sales.
• Coordinate interviews with Sales Managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
