Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Post job openings on job portals, company career pages, and social media platforms.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure candidate records are accurate and up to date.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, interview-to-offer ratio, and hiring status.
• Support campus hiring, walk-in drives, job fairs, and recruitment events.
