Walk-in || Relationship Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Acquire new-to-bank (NTB) customers through branch walk-ins, references, and field sourcing.
• Drive sales of retail banking products including:
• Savings Accounts
• Current Accounts
• Fixed Deposits
• Recurring Deposits
• Debit Cards
• Personal Loans
• Home Loans
• LAP (Loan Against Property)
• Insurance Products
• Investment & Wealth Products
• Generate cross-sell and up-sell opportunities from the existing customer base.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
• Handle customer queries, service requests, and grievances promptly.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM preferred.
• Work Experience - 2 Years to 5 Years in Banking CASA Sales
