A Relationship Manager (RM) for Business Banking Group (BBG) at manages commercial lending and working capital portfoliostypically ranging from 50 Lakhs to 50 Croresfocusing on client acquisition, financial assessment, and portfolio health
Preferred candidate profile
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Find new business banking customers and pitch working capital or asset products.
- Credit Assessment: Analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and title/security documents to check risk.
- Portfolio Management: Maintain portfolio hygiene, monitor covenant compliance, and minimize open deferrals.
- Cross-Selling: Offer extra banking products like current accounts, FX, and trade services to deepen client value.
- Team Coordination: Work with internal risk, credit, and product groups to speed up loan approvals
