- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Client Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on client interactions, sales performance, and market analysis to the branch manager.
