Walk-in || Sales Associate

Role & responsibilities

You are our door opener. Your job is to meet doctors, clinic owners, lab managers and hospital administrators face-to-face, introduce Get Best Doc, and open the door for our team to sign them on. You will spend most of your day in the field visiting practices, and the rest following up by phone, CRM and WhatsApp.

You are not expected to be a technical expert you are expected to be confident, presentable, persistent, and good with people.

What You'll Do

• Visit doctors' chambers, polyclinics, diagnostic labs and hospitals across Guwahati every day
• Get past the front desk and secure a short meeting with the doctor or decision-maker
• Introduce our services and offer our free Google Visibility Audit as the opening hook
• Collect the prospect's details and log every visit into our CRM
• Follow up on earlier visits by phone and WhatsApp to keep prospects warm
• Book qualified meetings for our senior team to close
• Hit weekly targets for visits, meetings booked and leads generated

Preferred candidate profile

• Comfortable with cold, door-to-door field visits this is the core of the job
• Confident, well-spoken and presentable
• Fluent in Hindi; basic English
• Owns a two-wheeler with a valid licence (required).
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Any graduate. Prior field sales, medical-representative, insurance, or telecom-sales experience is a plus but not required freshers with the right attitude are welcome
