Sales Engineer/Coordinator/BDM/Marketing Executive

Location: Indore

Experience Required: 2-5 Years

Responsibilities

• Manage and convert new sales leads into business opportunities
• Understand client technical requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Prepare and present technical & commercial proposals
• Coordinate with internal engineering and production teams
• Follow up on quotations till conversion into purchase orders
• Maximize opportunities from existing customers and develop new accounts
• Conduct site visits and client meetings when required
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients
• Stay updated with industry developments and competitor activities

Required Skills

• Strong technical understanding of mechanical/electromechanical industrial products
• Ability to understand engineering drawings and specifications
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Time management, follow-ups, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
• Experience in industrial equipment or manufacturing sector preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field
• Additional certifications in industrial machinery or material handling equipment will be an

advantage
