Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accurate processing and timely delivery.
• Provide back office support to the sales team by handling administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and reporting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to order execution, inventory management, and customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including orders processed, products sold, and customer interactions.
