Walk-in || Sales Team Lead

• Handle and conduct CRM software product demonstrations for prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and demonstrate CRM features and solutions accordingly.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from demo initiation to final payment closure.
• Follow up with prospects after demos and convert qualified leads into customers.
• Handle pre-sales and software sales activities.
• Achieve assigned monthly revenue and sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts.
• Negotiate with customers and close deals effectively.
• Coordinate with internal technical/product teams whenever required.
• Ensure timely documentation, on boarding coordination, and payment follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, demos, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers.
• Take ownership of the account from the initial demo through successful payment collection.Role & responsibilities
