Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for specific developmental projects assigned by the HOD or seniors.
• Carry out experiments, analysis, and related activities to establish product quality and process, as guided by the HOD or seniors.
• Maintain the progress of new product development through monthly/daily reports, as applicable.
• Coordinate and work closely with the PBL/Pilot Plant team for newly developed products.
• Arrange lab-developed samples for customer validation as directed by the HOD or seniors.
• Ensure the availability of all analytical equipment and laboratory reagents.
• Prepare and standardize reagent solutions required for analysis.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices in the laboratory.
• Implement controls for environmental aspects, OHS (Occupational Health & Safety) hazards, and associated risks.
• Clean and maintain PPEs (Personal Protective Equipment) and follow work instructions for their proper use.
