Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online business across our brand website and leading marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, FirstCry, Ajio, Nykaa, and other e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, driving sales, optimizing product listings, executing promotional campaigns, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, FirstCry, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage the company's D2C website, ensuring products, pricing, inventory, banners, and content are updated regularly.
• Create and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and attributes.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and supply chain teams to avoid stock-outs and overselling.
• Plan and execute marketplace promotions, deals, seasonal campaigns, and sales events.
• Manage pricing strategies and ensure pricing consistency across all sales channels.
• Track daily sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics.
• Coordinate with marketplace account managers to improve visibility, resolve issues, and participate in growth programs.
• Handle order processing, returns, customer issues, and seller performance metrics.
• Monitor advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.) and work towards improving ROAS and overall performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales, inventory, and performance reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated with marketplace policies, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, FirstCry Seller Panel, and similar marketplace platforms.
• Experience managing D2C e-commerce websites (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar platforms).
• Good understanding of marketplace SEO, catalog management, pricing, promotions, and digital merchandising.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis).
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple marketplaces simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• 34 years of relevant experience in e-commerce and marketplace management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fashion, apparel, baby care, beauty, or consumer goods brands.
• Familiarity with marketplace advertising tools and analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of ERP or inventory management systems.
