Role & responsibilities

Core Technical & Engineering Responsibilities

• Lead System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications from front-end interfaces to back-end databases.
• Oversee Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code and conduct rigorous code reviews for junior and mid-level engineers.
• Manage Infrastructure & Deployment: Handle cloud hosting, CI/CD pipelines, and application monitoring to ensure maximum uptime.
• Optimize Web Performance: Improve page load speeds, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals, which directly impact user experience and search rankings.

Digital Marketing Leadership Responsibilities

• Align Tech with Growth Goals: Translate marketing campaigns and lead-generation objectives into technical requirements and feature roadmaps.
• Manage Marketing Operations: Direct the digital marketing team's strategy, sprint planning, content schedules, and campaign execution.
• Oversee MarTech Stack: Integrate and maintain marketing aut
• omation tools, CRM systems (like HubSpot or Salesforce), and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
• Drive SEO & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Guide the team on technical SEO best practices and run A/B testing frameworks on landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
