Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Java 8 and Spring Boot.
• Implement RESTful web services and ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
• Collaborate with front end developers to integrate user facing elements with server side logic.
• Utilize JPA/Hibernate for database interactions and manage data persistence.
• Work with PostgreSQL or other databases to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high quality software delivery.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development processes.
• Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the application.
• Mandatory Skills:
• Proven experience in developing microservices using Spring Boot.
• Strong proficiency in Java 8.
• Experience with RESTful web services.
• Familiarity with front end technologies, particularly Angular 15+.
• Knowledge of JPA framework/Hibernate for ORM.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
• Preferred Skills:
• Understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of additional front end frameworks or libraries.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of relevant work experience in software development.
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
