JOB DESCRIPTION
* Attend customers and understand their vehicle service requirements
* Prepare job cards and explain service requirements to customers
* Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team
* Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle status
* Explain repair/service estimates and obtain customer approval
* Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction
* Handle customer queries and service-related concerns
* Maintain proper service records and documentation
Preferred candidate profile
Qualification:
* ITI / Diploma / BE
* Freshers are also eligible
* Experienced candidates can apply
