Walk-in || Site Engineer

Eshwar Construction Company (ECC), a Navi Mumbai based civil construction contractor, is looking for Civil Site Engineers to join our project team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute day-to-day civil construction activities as per drawings and specifications.
• Manage RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering and flooring works.
• Read and interpret civil/structural drawings.
• Carry out site measurements, quantity calculations, setting out and levelling.
• Use Auto Level for site levelling and checking.
• Prepare/check BBS and reinforcement requirements.
• Check line, level, dimensions and quality of executed work.
• Coordinate with supervisors, labour contractors and workmen.
• Monitor manpower, material requirements and wastage.
• Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
• Coordinate with client representatives, consultants and subcontractors.
• Verify executed quantities and assist with measurements and billing.
• Ensure proper safety, quality and housekeeping at site.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
• 2-8 years of relevant civil construction experience.
• Good practical knowledge of RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry and plastering.
• Knowledge of Auto Level, BBS, quantity measurement and drawing reading.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Good manpower and client coordination skills.
• Candidates with commercial/industrial construction experience will be preferred.
• Willingness to work at project sites in Navi Mumbai/Mumbai.
