Walk-in || Software Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Developer with strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot) to build scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and a strong troubleshooting mindset.

You will work across the stack, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to designing robust, production-grade systems.

1. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices
• Work with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) for deployment and infrastructure management
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across the stack
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
• Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making

2. Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
• Experience with cloud services (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Exposure to AI Tools - GitHub, Copilot, Chatgpt etc.
• Experience with REST APIs, system integration, and distributed systems
• Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Proficient in Git/version control systems

3. Good to Have

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture (Kafka, etc.)
• Exposure to monitoring/logging tools (App Insights, ELK, etc.)
• Understanding of security best practices
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
