Job Title : Spanish language Executive ( US Banking Process)

Job Description We are hiring Spanish (B2 Certified) professionals for a US-based voice process. The role involves handling customer interactions in Spanish while delivering high-quality service as per US standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling US voice calls in Spanish Language.
• Assisting customers with queries/issues as per process guidelines
• Maintaining accuracy, quality, and compliance standards
• Documenting call details and updating CRM
• Meeting productivity and customer satisfaction targets

Mandatory Requirements:

• Spanish B2 Certification (Mandatory)
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Spanish
• Experience in US voice process preferred
• Strong customer-handling skills

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduates / Undergraduates can apply
• B2-certified candidates only (non-certified profiles will not be considered)
• Freshers with B2/C1 certification OR experienced agents

• Salary: Up to 50,000 CTC + Incentives
• Working Days: 5 days a week
