Walk-in || Structural Head

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Structural Engineering and Design team.
• Review and approve structural designs, drawings, calculations, and engineering documents.
• Plan and supervise structural engineering activities for industrial, commercial, infrastructure, and steel structure projects.
• Ensure structural designs comply with relevant IS Codes, international standards, project specifications, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with Civil, Architecture, MEP, Procurement, Construction, and Project Management teams.
• Review structural analysis, load calculations, foundation requirements, connection details, and design methodologies.
• Monitor project progress, engineering deliverables, and design schedules.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers and resolve complex structural design and site-related issues.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Review and approve GA drawings, fabrication drawings, shop drawings, erection drawings, and structural calculations.
• Ensure constructability and cost-effectiveness of structural designs.
• Conduct technical reviews and identify potential design risks and corrective actions.
• Support project estimation, tendering, and technical proposal activities when required.
• Monitor structural fabrication and erection activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site visits and provide technical solutions for structural execution issues.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintain engineering standards and procedures.
• Mentor and develop structural engineers and technical team members.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements.Role & responsibilities
