What they need
Description:
Supervise internal and external finishing works in high-rise residential buildings.
Experience in Aluform/Mivan construction and post-Aluform finishing activities.
Execute all finishing works related to Building.
Internal Coordinate with contractors, engineers and site teams for daily work execution.
Check work quality as per approved drawings, specifications and standards. Conduct flat inspections, snagging and de-snagging and ensure timely closure.
Prepare flats for customer possession and handover.
Maintain daily progress and report site issues to the senior engineer/manager.
Experience in customer handover/possession activities in real estate projects.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: 12th pass or any graduation
- Experience: 10 13 years in the construction industry, with a strong focus on large residential townships and high-rise towers.
- Core Competencies: Mivan shuttering expertise, robust estimation/billing skills, and proficiency in MEPF integration.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, vendor negotiation, conflict resolution, and the ability to manage high-budget, time-sensitive portfolios.
