Walk-in || System Engineer

Role Overview

Seeking a skilled Windows Engineer to provide support for Windows Server, Azure AD, and Office 365 environments. The ideal candidate will manage, troubleshoot, and optimize Microsoft infrastructure, including Exchange Online, ensuring high availability and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows Server (AD DS, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, DFS, Hyper-V)
• Manage Azure AD for identity and access
• Provide support for Office 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to user accounts, mail flow, and collaboration tools
• Implement and maintain security and compliance policies
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patch management
• Automate tasks using PowerShell scripting
• Participate in migration and upgrade projects

Required Skills

• 24 years of experience in Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments
• Hands-on with Exchange Online administration and troubleshooting
• Experience with Azure AD, Office 365, and PowerShell
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Understanding and execution of ITIL framework (Especially; Problem, Change Management, RCA and RFC process and procedures)
• Should be well versed in communication (English, Written and Oral) and be able to co-ordinate efficiently with onsite sub-ordinates and direct in-line managers
• Provide excellent customer service to internal IT customers and application owners and users.
• Remain vigilant while continuing to maintain and enhance the overall security of Alphaserve and the clients receiving our services.
• Maintain awareness about the potential risks based on the environment they are operating in and the clients they are working on
