Walk-in || Traceability (Quality Control)

Role & responsibilities

The Traceability and Quality Control Specialist ensures the integrity, safety, and compliance of our frozen food products. This role manages our "farm-to-freezer" tracking system, monitors cold chain compliance, and ensures full readiness for regulatory audits.

• Batch and Lot Tracking: Map every ingredient from raw material receipt, through processing and flash-freezing, to final pallet distribution.
• Cold Chain Monitoring: Verify that temperature logs are continuously maintained throughout production, freezing, storage, and transit.
• Audit and Compliance Readiness: Prepare and present traceability documentation for BRCGS, IFS, SQF, and FSSAI / FDA audits.
• Mock Recalls: Lead regular, timed mock recall drills to ensure the team can locate any ingredient or finished product within the required regulatory window (usually under 2 hours).
• Supplier Vetting: Review and verify incoming supplier Certificates of Analysis (COA) and origin documentation.
• Incident Investigation: Pinpoint the exact source, batch, and time frame of any temperature abuse, contamination, or quality deviation.

Preferred candidate profile

2-6 years in food manufacturing QA/QC, with a strong preference for frozen foods, meat, poultry, or dairy
