Key Responsibilities:

Recruit new Life Insurance Advisors (agents) through referrals, networking, and local sourcing, conduct interviews, explain the agency model, and onboard advisors. ensure completion of licensing (IRDAI), training, and documentation.

Coach and mentor advisors, conduct daily huddles, joint field work, and motivate advisors to improve activity levels and productivity

Achieve monthly/quarterly targets: o New business premium o Number of active advisors o Number of New Advisors

Drive focus on quality parameters (persistency, sales quality, product mix)

Accompany advisors on client meetings, support in closing cases.
