Job Title: Virtual Assistant Non-Voice / Semi-Voice (Freshers / 01 yr Exp)

Location: Coimbatore (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 0 to 1 Year (Freshers 2025 -2026 are eligible)

Salary Structure:

• Day Shift: 12,500 / month (Fixed) 2 openings
• Night Shift: 15,000 / month (Fixed) Shift Allowance Included 1 Opening

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Virtual Assistants to join our international operational team in Coimbatore. In this role, you will handle semi-voice processes, data management, and operational administrative tasks for international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and semi-voice processes with speed and precision.
• Manage data input, updates, and tracking using Google Sheets and MS Excel.
• Perform daily administrative tasks, ensuring strict attention to detail and accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational task backlogs.

Key Requirements

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills (Mandatory).
• Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Office, and basic computer systems.
• Core Skills: Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
• Experience: 0 to 1 year of BPO or operational experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply).

Work Details & Schedule

• Day Shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
• Night Shift: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
• Work Mode: 100% On-site (Office-based)
• Transport Note: No cab facility provided; candidates must manage their own commute or be willing to relocate.
