Walk-in || Virtual Relationship Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, database marketing, and lead follow-ups.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
• Product Pitching: Clearly articulate the features and benefits of our financial products (Equity, Mutual Funds, Insurance) to prospects.
• Needs Analysis: Understand the client's financial needs and recommend suitable products.
• Sales Closure: Master the art of the telephonic sales process, from opening the call to handling objections and successfully closing the deal.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for client acquisition and revenue.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
• Compliance: Adhere strictly to all regulatory and company guidelines during the sales process.Role & responsibilities
