Responsible for sourcing and hiring collectors in rural markets, specifically for hard bucket collections/recovery pool.
Drive targeted hiring through campus recruitment, college partnerships, external agencies, and internal referrals.
Travel across RO Tamil Nadu to line up candidates, conduct training, and measure productivity.
Candidate should have knowledge regarding RO-TN market.
Track input metrics and ensure training completion for hard bucket collectors.
