Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls to customers, resolve their queries, and provide excellent customer service.
• Process customer requests, address concerns, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for call handling, sales conversion, and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
