Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome, identify & address needs of the patients.
• Assess if patient needs movement support (Wheelchair/ trolley) etc.
• Help patients in registering/ escort the patients to service areas.
• Manage key customers VIPS/ Govt. Officials/ Police/ Media etc.
• Be well acquainted with policies and procedures of the organization. 6. Listen carefully to patient queries & deal with them as per organizational procedure.
• Help patients organize documents/ files and maintain confidentiality.
• Service alongside patients instead of directing them to various counters & be their point of contact throughout their stay in the hospital.
• Coordinate constantly between departments like radiology, lab, pharmacy, billing, discharge etc. for the patients.
• Identify available options for resolving a patient service problem.
• Follow up with patient and/or with staff till the query is resolved.
• Create awareness of NH's services & customer initiatives.
• Collect feedback from patients & escalate report to customer care supervisor for taking corrective measures.
• Recognize repeated problems & alert the appropriate authorities.
• All other work assigned by management / HOD time to time.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 1 Year Experience in Healthcare or Hospital

Any Graduate
