Position: Customer Support Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice calls and semi-voice channels.
• Assist customers with banking/telecom-related issues and provide accurate resolutions.
• Handle account, payment, transaction, billing, service and general customer queries.
• Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Follow process guidelines, security procedures and quality standards.
• Achieve performance metrics such as CSAT, AHT, Quality and Productivity.
• Identify suitable opportunities for upselling and cross-selling wherever applicable.

• Graduates / Undergraduates can apply.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Excellent English communication skills required.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Salary depends on experience, interview performance and process.
