About the Opportunity

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Experienced candidates can also apply
• Good verbal communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts

Salary

• Freshers (Graduate): 15,500 per month
• Experienced Graduates: 17,500 per month

Work Schedule

• 6 working days per week
• 1 rotational weekly off
• 24x7 rotational shifts, including odd hours
• One-side transport facility available for odd-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls related to domestic banking services
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
• Process banking-related requests and transactions accurately
• Ensure adherence to banking policies and compliance requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
