Wilmington Wall Printing is growing, and we are looking for an WALL PRINTER OPERATOR

We use vertical printing technology to create high-resolution murals, logos, branded graphics, and custom artwork directly on walls.

We're a locally owned, veteran-owned company looking for people who are dependable, motivated, comfortable learning something new, and excited about helping us grow.

Part-Time W-2 Employee | 90-Day Introductory Period

Location: Wilmington, NC with travel to client locations throughout coastal North Carolina and South Carolina

Pay: $16–$20/hour based on experience + quarterly bonus opportunities

Schedule: Part-time, variable/project-based hours

Not Your Typical Part-Time Job

One day you might be printing a branded feature wall inside a restaurant. The next could be a mural in an apartment community, hotel, medical office, brewery, retail space, or corporate office.

As a Wall Printer Operator, you'll learn to operate our commercial vertical wall printing technology and help transform blank walls into finished installations.

Previous wall printing experience is not required. We will train the right person.

We're looking for someone who is dependable, technically comfortable, detail-oriented, professional with customers, and takes pride in producing excellent work.

What You'll Do

• Transport, set up, and operate vertical wall printing equipment at client locations
• Measure and prepare walls before printing
• Align and calibrate the printer for each project
• Operate and monitor prints from start to finish
• Monitor color, alignment, image quality, and overall print performance
• Perform routine printer, print-head, and ink-system cleaning and maintenance
• Troubleshoot basic equipment, computer, and print-file issues
• Apply protective coatings when required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite
• Protect client property and leave each workspace clean
• Capture photos and video of completed installations for company marketing
• Assist with live demonstrations, events, and expos
• Represent Wilmington Wall Printing professionally while working at customer locations

Experience That Could Give You an Advantage

Experience in any of these areas is helpful:

• Large-format printing
• Sales
• Sign production or installation
• Vinyl installation or vehicle wraps
• Painting or construction
• Mechanical or technical work
• Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
• Art, design, photography, or production

Don't talk yourself out of applying because you haven't worked with a wall printer before. Most people haven't.

We're looking for aptitude, reliability, attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to learn. We can teach the equipment.

Compensation & Employment

• $16–$20/hour based on experience
• Part-time W-2 employment

90-Day Introductory Period

All new Wall Printer Operators begin with a 90-day introductory period.

During this period, we'll provide training and evaluate areas including:

• Reliability and attendance
• Safe equipment operation
• Print quality and attention to detail
• Ability to learn the technology
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting
• Customer interaction and professionalism
• Equipment care and maintenance
• Overall fit with Wilmington Wall Printing

Successful completion of the introductory period does not change the at-will nature of employment.
