Wall Site Engineer

Company: Taijian Construction LLC, Dubai, UAE Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (on-site) Salary: Commensurate with experience and competence (based on candidate's ability) Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM ,have break time About the Company Taijian Construction LLC is a construction company based in Dubai, specializing in high-quality building projects across the UAE. We are currently seeking an experienced Curtain Wall Site Engineer to join our team and oversee glass curtain wall installation works on active project sites. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage all on-site curtain wall and glass façade installation works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements Coordinate daily with the consultant, client, and main contractor regarding site progress, inspections, and approvals Review shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation procedures; raise and track RFIs and technical queries Inspect incoming materials (glass, aluminium profiles, brackets, anchors, sealants) and ensure proper storage, handling, and traceability Conduct quality inspections at each installation stage and ensure NCRs are closed out promptly Enforce HSE requirements on site, including working at height, lifting operations, and edge protection for façade works Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, manpower reports, and material consumption records Coordinate subcontractors and monitor their productivity, quality, and safety performance Liaise with the fabrication workshop on production schedules to ensure smooth site delivery Support site measurement, setting-out, and survey checks for façade alignment and tolerances

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field Minimum 3–5 years of site experience in curtain wall / façade installation, preferably on glass curtain wall projects UAE / GCC work experience strongly preferred; must be able to communicate effectively with consultants, clients, and site teams in English Solid understanding of curtain wall systems: stick system, unitized system, structural glazing, spider fittings, and aluminium façade construction Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings independently Familiar with UAE building codes, consultant approval processes, and site QA/QC and HSE procedures Strong coordination and problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and AutoCAD basics What We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience and demonstrated ability Full-time employment with a growing construction company in Dubai Hands-on exposure to façade projects with direct client and consultant interface How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to send their CV , with the subject title : "Curtain Wall Site Engineer –expected salary ".
