What they need

Walmart Operations Specialist - Remote, United States

Part-time | 20–25 hours per week | $35–$40/hour + performance bonus

An established, growing consumer business is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Walmart Operations Specialist .

This is a hands-on role with responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of the company's Walmart business, covering order management, replenishment, inventory, OTIF compliance, logistics and deductions.

The position is initially part-time, approximately 20–25 hours per week , with the potential to develop into a full-time role as the Walmart channel grows. This is a US-based remote position . Due to the time-sensitive nature of Walmart's business needs, availability during specific Monday–Friday hours will be required.

The Opportunity

You will work closely with the Director of Sales and take ownership of the operational mechanics behind the Walmart account.

The role requires someone who can keep orders moving, maintain healthy inventory levels, support replenishment and identify potential compliance or supply-chain issues before they become problems.

This is not a general e-commerce or marketplace position. The business is looking for someone with genuine hands-on experience of Walmart account operations .

What you'll own:

Order & account management — Manage Walmart orders from receipt through shipment and delivery, including routing, scheduling, pickup coordination, shipping documentation and operational exceptions.

OTIF & compliance — Monitor OTIF performance, diagnose misses and drive corrective action to protect compliance and minimise deductions.

Replenishment & inventory — Manage replenishment activity, POS forecasts, store-level inventory velocity and weeks of supply, supporting the company's 96%+ in-stock target.

Supply chain & logistics — Coordinate factory POs, production timing and inbound shipments, including international logistics where required.

Deductions & reporting — Audit and dispute Walmart chargebacks and AP deductions, while maintaining reporting across POS trends, sell-through, returns, inventory and margin.

What we're looking for

  • 2–4+ years of experience in Walmart account operations, retail supply chain or retail replenishment

  • Hands-on experience with Walmart systems such as Supplier One, Retail Link, OTIF Scorecards, NOVA, TMS, SQEP/APDP or Scintilla/DSS

  • Strong understanding of order management, replenishment, inventory and Walmart compliance

  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including XLOOKUP, pivot tables and demand modelling

  • Strong organisation and the ability to manage overlapping POs, deadlines and operational issues

  • Confidence working with internal teams, factories, 3PL warehouses and freight partners

  • A proactive approach to identifying risks and solving problems before they escalate.

Experience resolving Walmart AP deductions and compliance chargebacks, as well as international logistics or importing, would be particularly valuable.

The right person

You may currently be a Walmart Operations Specialist, Walmart Account Specialist, Replenishment Analyst, Retail Operations Specialist or Customer Supply Chain Specialist.

Your title is less important than your experience. You should understand how Walmart operates and be able to answer the practical questions that keep the account running: Are POs flowing correctly? Is inventory sufficient? Where are the replenishment risks? Are there OTIF issues or deductions requiring action?

Most importantly, you'll be someone who is already working on the answer before being asked.

Why consider it?

- $35–$40/hour + performance-based bonus

  • Remote, US-based position

  • Approximately 20–25 hours per week

  • Potential path to full-time as the Walmart channel grows

  • Direct collaboration with the Director of Sales

This is a confidential appointment. Further information about the company will be shared with suitable candidates during an initial conversation.
