Key Responsibilities
- Analyze medical records and physician documentation.
- Assign diagnosis and procedure codes accurately.
- Perform coding validation and quality checks.
- Follow client-specific coding requirements.
- Resolve coding-related queries.
Skill Required
Understanding medical terms, abbreviations, and clinical documentation.
Basic knowledge of the human body and its systems.
Ability to assign accurate diagnosis codes
