Project Summary

We are leading Business Projects within our Web Application Protection (WAP) scope to ensure all Group entities are protected against web-based attacks. In this context, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead onboarding requests to our current WAP solution, Internet Shield. The service will manage all stages of onboarding requests, from quotation and contractualization to implementation and post-onboarding monitoring, in coordination with the Internet Shield Project and Product teams.

Goals and deliverables

Main Responsibilities & Key Activities

• Identify onboarding needs with each entity

• Create and monitor all administrative and financial aspects of contractualization

• Build and maintain a detailed project plan including timeline, required resources, and budget estimates

• Engage technical and business teams throughout the onboarding process

• Drive onboarding-related risk identification and propose mitigation strategies

• Support end users in adopting the new solution

• Manage stakeholder communication throughout the project

• Lead the Move to BAU at project closure

Deliverables include: business projects dashboard completion and monitoring, financial review and monitoring of project consumption, detailed project plan with timeline and budget (in coordination with the Product team), documentation of onboarding processes and testing procedures, and Move to BAU proof.

Experience Required

Mandatory Experience

• IT security project management, 5+ years

• Security tool integration at international level

• Expertise in WAF solutions and associated security technologies

• Expertise in risk management and change management

Preferred Experience

• Expertise in Network

• Expertise in Agile and Product organization
