The Ward Attendant will support inpatient care and daily ward operations at an international-standard psychiatric and de-addiction treatment center. The role involves assisting patients with basic needs and supporting the nursing and clinical teams in maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive ward environment.

Academic Qualification

• Minimum SSC; HSC preferred.
• Patient care or caregiving training will be an advantage.

Experience

• Experience in a hospital, psychiatric facility, rehabilitation center, or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Fresh candidates with a suitable attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.

Additional Requirements

• Physically fit for patient-care duties.
• Caring, patient, and responsible.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night duty.
